You are what you Drink

We all have had morning lemon water at some point in life, esp for weight management or for detoxification.  But this empty stomach morning ritual can get a little monotonous and bland after a while. So why not give it a little twist by adding Apple cider vinegar or ACV to make it more delicious as well as healthy, after all, you are what you drink.

RECIPE

  • 2 teaspoons of ACV
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 glass of luke warm water

Mix these together and have it empty stomach every morning. ACV not only improves the taste but  has additional benefits of its own

1. Weight management

ACV is a wonderful tool to reduce weight esp around your waist area. ACV acts on the visceral fat as it lowers the triglycerides in the blood. It has acetic acid which balances the ph and increases body’s metabolism, thus, in turn, working as a fat burner.

2. Acne

ACV is an antioxidant and antibacterial, which helps to fight against acne. It purifies the blood, lowers the blood sugar thereby helps in reducing the oil production of the body. Start drinking it and you will definitely see some good results, in fact making an ACV toner works like magic.

3. Detoxification

ACV balances body’s ph and thus helps in the detoxification of the liver and other organs. It removes harmful toxins by acting against free radical injury and helps in purifying the blood along with improving the lymphatic drainage.

4. Managing Stomach Acidity

With so much of stress and junk food, you tend to have higher acidic content in your stomach leading to acidity and bloating. ACV balances the ph as it has acetic acid, isobutyric acid, and propionic acid which makes the stomach’s ph more alkaline thus relieving from acidity. Taking 1 teaspoon of ACV with water instantly cures heartburn.

5. Lowers Blood Sugar

ACV is known to reduce blood sugar levels if taken 2 spoons with water before bedtime. It makes you feel full and reduces postprandial glucose levels, therefore, helping prediabetics and diabetics to keep their sugar in check.

6. Helps to fight against Hair Fall

Drinking ACV helps in reducing hair fall caused by fungal infections. Another remedy is to apply a solution of 2 teaspoons of ACV in 200 ml of water directly on your scalp to fight hair fall and scalp infections.

7. Anti Ageing

The antioxidant properties help in fighting against free radical injury and removing harmful toxins from the body, hence working as an anti-aging agent, promising a clear and wrinkle free skin.

8. Lowers Blood Pressure

ACV has potassium which helps in maintaining sodium potassium levels in the blood, therefore lowering the blood pressure and protecting the heart.

9. Removes candida and relieves fungal infections

ACV has antibacterial and enzymatic properties which interfere with the growth of candida, thereby curing yeast infections in the body

10. Balances body’s ph

ACV restores the alkalinity of the body due to its acetic acid component. This, in turn, boosts the metabolism of the body, ergo increasing energy levels and strengthening body’s immunity.

11. Fight’s aginst bad breath

ACV works great to get rid of bad breath. Its antibacterial property fights against the infection and enzymatic action break down the lodged mucous plugs, therefore clearing the throat, killing plaque, fighting aginst halitosis and sore throat.

  1. Dear Palki S.,

I’m K&L, the CEO who runs the Millionaire’s Digest and I recently received your application to join our team. Anyway, this is just a letter to let you know that I have completely looked over it and have accepted you to become a writer for the Millionaire’s Digest, and so I’ve sent you an invitation to your email!

Also, I received your application requesting to become a writer for our magazine, and so this is just another letter from me to you to let you know that I have completely looked over it too, and have accepted you to become a writer for our Beauty‎, Blogging‎, Books‎, Family & Life‎, Health & Fitness‎, Psychology‎ and Successful Living Magazine!

Now what happens next is that there really is nothing that happens next. Another words, there is no invitation or email that you have to go and check as the invitation for our magazine is only sent out 12 times a year which always happens at the beginning of the month. (Usually the first day.)

This is just my letter to you as the CEO, just to let you know that I have accepted your request and have added you to our list full of magazine writers who I send the invitations out to every month.

The only thing that changes now is that at the beginning of every month, you will want to make sure to check your email as you will receive your invitation which will include the following:
-Announcements on the next magazine edition(s) that we are coming out with.
    -Instructions on the magazine(s).
-The deadline on when the last day is to turn in your articles. (Usually 7 days prior the date after the invitation is sent out, that way everyone has time to plan ahead and get their articles written out.)
-Who the magazine(s) are for. (Which magazine writers are they for.)
-The private form to submit your articles.
-How long your articles need to be.
-And everything else that I know you are going to want to ask me about!

Other than that, if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome to ask me and I will kindly make sure to help get them answered for you!

If not, than I hope you have a nice rest of the day, and thank you!

    Sincerely,
    K&L
Millionaire’s Digest Magazine Founder & CEO
